Sales and construction update – May 2019

The future residents of ID_Land’s Watermark in idyllic Armstrong Creek are one step closer to building their dream homes, as construction around the estate continues to move forward.

Residents in Stage 8 have now received their titles, bringing buyers in this stage one step closer to choosing their builder and beginning construction.

In Stage 9, the footpaths have been laid, bringing ID_Land’s plans to life. When complete, Watermark streets will be lined with trees, bike paths and walkways all leading into the tranquil parkland at the centre of the burgeoning community.

In Stage 10, foundational water and gas works are now complete, while further foundational works across the estate include the completion of bulk earthworks in Stage 11, with sewer works well underway.

480 families have purchased in Watermark so far and final lots are now selling. In addition to the masterful planning by ID_Land, residents will enjoy connectivity to Geelong and proximity to some of Victoria’s most pristine beaches.
